Fundraising Requirement

Fundraising is essential to the survival of our Preschool program and all parents are required to take an active role in fundraising events. Requirements are as follows:

Three Year Old Program & Four Year Old Program: One post-dated cheque (May 1, 2022) for $300.00 collected at the time of registration.

Three Year Old Program (Friday AM): One post-dated cheque (May 1, 2022) for $150.00 collected at the time of registration.

Full Day Program & Families with Two Children: One post-dated cheque (May 1, 2022) for $450.00 collected at the time of registration.

This cheque will be returned upon program completion IF parents fulfill their fundraising commitment in its entirety.

Fundraising Bond Cheque is required if you are participating in fundraising. Please postdate your cheque to May 1, 2022. If you have not met your fundraising requirement by then, your cheque will be cashed.

If you are paying out your fundraising requirement, please date your cheque September 15, 2022.

 

ROSTERING REQUIREMENT (VOLUNTEERING)

Many of the crafts enjoyed by the Preschool children require a significant amount of advance preparation time. The main duty of the roster parent is to assist the teacher with this. Rosters may also assist the teacher with other aspects of the program, as time permits. Calendars are posted monthly on the classroom bulletin board and parents are encouraged to sign up in advance for these days. Roster days may take place on your child’s birthday/un-birthday celebration day as long as the roster is staying for the entire length of the class. If you unable to roster in class other opportunities are available throughout the school year, please contact the teacher for more information. Requirements are as follows:

Three Year Old Program & Four Year Old Program: Two roster days required. One post-dated cheque (June 1, 2022) for $50.00 will be collected at the time of registration.

Three Year Old Program (Friday AM): One roster day required. One post-dated cheque (June 1, 2022) for $25.00 will be collected at the time of registration.

Full Day Program: Two roster days required. One post-dated cheque (June 1, 2022) for $50.00 will be collected at the time of registration.

Volunteering Bond Cheque is required if you are participating in volunteering. Please postdate your cheque to June 1, 2022. If you have not met your volunteering requirement by then, your cheque will be cashed. If you are paying out your volunteering requirement, please date your cheque September 15, 2022.
